The keynote speaker is the Rev. Mitri Raheb. Born and raised in Bethlehem, Raheb has been the pastor of the Evangelical Lutheran Christmas Church in Bethlehem since 1988. An internationally-acclaimed author and speaker, Raheb is also the President of DIYAR, a consortium of three Lutheran institutions that he founded; The International Center of Bethlehem, Dar al-Kalima Health and Wellness Center, and Dar al-Kalima College. Mar. 6, 10:45 a.m., Kennedy Center, Augsburg College. Raheb will participate in a panel discussion addressing “Interfaith Conversations for a Peaceful World.”
